The president of Cannon Beach Construction, Harold VanWinkle, has been in business as a general contractor since 1975, serving the coastal areas of Oregon and Washington. We primarily serve the Cannon Beach and Arch Cape areas on the Oregon coast.

This Website This web site is designed to provide our customers with information on the services we provide, our company, and a gallery of photographs from our previous jobs. Current clients will enjoy viewing their projects as they unfold on a weekly basis. Check back often, as this site will undergo updates on a regular basis. What's New In a time of economic uncertainty and failing businesses, Cannon Beach Construction is strong! We urge you to use caution when hiring a contractor for your project; if they are unable to pay the bills for subcontractors or building materials, you, the homeowner, will be responsible for paying them even if you have already paid your contractor. You can rest assured that Cannon Beach Construction pays all of the bills for our projects on time, every time. We've begun drawing most of our plans on the computer using CAD software. This allows you to look at your addition, remodel, or new building in 3d before we even begin construction. You can also take a virtual tour of your project, walking into each room as if you were really there. Check out some 3d renderings of our current project on our completed projects page. In an effort to operate in the most environmentally friendly manner possible, we have begun to recycle our construction materials using Trail's End Recovery and Recycling.
